What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form (your name, email, business and message), and: if you open an account: the testimonials, customers and documents you save.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd sells Proofzo directly, and we do not sell, share or pass on an enquiry or an account's contents.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@proofzo.com. We respond within one month.
